Ranger – UWPCH Illusion’s Long Trail Ranger WWPDX

Ranger is a younger brother of Tenko and Kody. He is co-owned with Long Trail Malamutes in Vermont. With their training and guidance Ranger has become an outstanding weight pulling dog. For 2010 Ranger is the Bogie Challenge Trophy winner. The Bogie Challenge was set up to honor Northpaw’s Bouncing Bogie, who won the AMAEP Harrisburg Weight Pull’s Most Weight Pulled 7 times in a row. To win the challenge trophy a dog must win most weight pulled at the AMAEP Weight Pull and pull at least 2500 pounds. This must be done five times. Ranger pulled 3200 pounds at the 2010 Weight Pull to earn his final leg and thus win the Bogie Trophy. Ranger is also the IWPA National Gold Medalist on snow and wheels this year. The snow gold medal pull also set a new National record on artificial snow. Ranger is available at stud to approved bitches. He is an OFA Good, CERF clear and has a CHD number.
